Q:What is your minimum quantiy?

A: Generally, we have no MOQ. For customized packing bottles, we suggest to buy by full case. 

Q: Can I get free samples?
A: Yes, we can give you 2-3pcs samples to test before formal order. You can request up to 5 types of bottles at a time.  but we need charge shipping and handling. You can request a full refund for your sample order once you place an formal order that exceeds $300.00. 

Q:  What type of payment do you accept ?

A: we accept payment by Paypal, TT, Western Union.

Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: Orders for customers ship from our warehouse.  Orders can be shipped by UPS, EMS, TNT, UPS, SF express, by sea, by air, by railway or other ways . We will choose the most suitable way based on your shipping address. Once your order is shipped, we will email you tracking number . 

Q : How long will you ship out my order ?

A: Generally, we ship out within 1-3 working days if we have stock; For big purchase order, we will ship out within 5-7 working days. Orders received Saturday or Sunday will not process until Monday. We do not work during National Festivals, like New Year, Labor Day etc. 

Q: Do you accept ODM or OEM order ?

A: Yes, we accept ODM or OEM order. We can produce any color for your bottles, can print logo/engrave logo for your bottles, can open mouds for your special bottles design. 

Q : What are LDPE bottles and PET bottles? 

A:  LDPE ( Low Density Polyethylene) 

LDPE is similar to HDPE in composition. It is less rigid and generally less chemically resistant than HDPE, but is more translucent. LDPE is used primarily for squeeze applications. LDPE is significantly more expensive than HDPE

A: PET 
Plastic Bottles made from Polyethylene Terephthalate are commonly used for carbonated beverage bottles. PET provides very good alcohol and essential oil barrier properties, generally good chemical resistance (although acetones and ketones will attack PET) and a high degree of impact resistance and tensile strength. The orienting process serves to improve gas and moisture barrier properties and impact strength. This material does not provide resistance to high temperature applications -- max. temp. 160° F.

A: PET bottle is clear , PE bottle is translucent. PE bottles is mor soft than PET bottle. 

Q: What can I do if we get defected bottles ? 

A: Pls check carefully once you have got your bottles, if cartons damaged during the transportation or some bottles missing or bottles leaking problem, pls contact the sellers immediately and send them pictures and vedio. 

Q: Why are my gorilla bottles melting deformed? 

A: PET bottles will be out of shape if  put in the sun for a long time or under high temperature.
